Products may be viewed and/or purchased by any person or entity solely for personal and business (zoos, rehabilitation, abatement, education, breeding, etc.) use, gifts, and resale purposes. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site and Products. All digital products that are hosted on this website and sold as “lifetime” access will be maintained as such to the best of our ability. In the event of the liquidation or termination of any hosting of “lifetime” access content, you will be provided with a Dropbox link to the material for download at your discretion at least 30 days prior to the deletion of said material from this site.

Hawkeye Falconry Supply and Jason Reid warrant products to be free from manufacturing defects, as is reasonable for hand crafted products, for a time period not to exceed 30 days from delivery. This warranty shall be limited to the replacement or refund of purchase price of any product found to be defective, at our sole discretion. Any other warranty, expressed or implied, except as stated here shall be null and void.

You further agree that, to the extent permitted by law, if you commence such an action despite the provisions of this Agreement, you shall be obligated to return to Hawkeye Falconry Supply and Jason Reid the Severance Amount. This Agreement does not act as a waiver or release of any complaints or charges that you cannot by law waive or release, and does not prohibit you from: (i) filing a charge or complaint, or (ii) requesting a full refund during the 30 day money back guarantee period (which begins at the time of delivery). Notwithstanding, by use of this Site, you are expressly waiving your ability to obtain relief of any kind from Hawkeye Falconry Supply and Jason Reid, his spouse, relatives, suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site to the extent permitted by law.
